The terrible crimes committed by clergy members of the Catholic Church continued for over 50 years and affected thousands. Recently, these abuses have resulted in thousands of cases against the Catholic Church and billions of dollars paid to survivors. To date, the Catholic Church and its dioceses have paid over $4 billion in lawsuit settlements to abuse survivors.

According to Business Insider the Catholic Church may be the largest recipient of PPP loans in the entire country amounting to at least 1.4 Billion dollars and possibly as high as 3.5 billion dollars. These loans may never be repaid.

Yes, you can sue! If you are a victim of the Catholic Church sex abuse, the window is still open to filing a lawsuit. Survivors and their families continue to rise up and speak out against their abusers in the Church. The Church has already seen $4 billion in settlements, with another $4 billion likely to come.  You have until December 31st, 2020 to get your lawsuit filed, no matter when the abuse occurred. Arizona opened a window in the statute of limitations to allow more time for you to file your suit.
